That is… we utilize the Agile method, an effective strategy for project management.
The Agile method consists of constant dialog that creates a medium for direct communication while project objectives are identified. The work is partitioned into various short and intermediate milestones, tasks, and ticket tags for the duration of the client’s project. Within these methods, customer participation in the project fulfillment process is constant.
The Agile methodology has consistently proven to be an effective medium that fosters client collaboration, interaction, and positive response to change as a result of adherence to the project plan and the comprehensive documentation that is generated during execution.
When you become an Ardephwerk client, you are provided with access to our project management system. From there, you will be able to monitor the progress of your project, ask questions, and upload any relevant files without having to follow an email trail.
